Another day, another chest tube!!

SO this am I received a call from Emmas doc that the new chest tube in place was just not doing enough to keep her left lung inflated. They had to now place a larger, second chest tube to basically help the first one. All of this is not her fault! Her lungs are immature yes but all of this damage was done on Saturday with her surgery and now we are trying to correct mans mishaps!!! We are stilll in the rest a few days mode and so still sedated and on minimal stimulation- only touched if absolutely neccessary. I woke up this am with a song stuck in my head and the chorus goes like this:
the voice of truth, tells me a different story
the voice of truth says do not be afraid
the voice of truth says "this is for MY glory"
I WILL CHOOSE to listen AND believe- the voice of truth!!

Sweet Amber~
I am praying for your precious Emma and for you and Robert. I pray that you will continue to listen to the Voice of Truth. I pray Proverbs 3:24 over you, "When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet." Remember that His mercies are fresh and new every morning and that His Word will be a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your path.
I love you very much!

Hey little mama, I hope you continue to get good news from here on out. I know you and you always are the strong one for you and your family. Make sure you take care of you!! If there is anything we can do let Christian and I know. I love you and we are praying for Emma daily. If she has your strength, she won't give up, she's a fighter just like her mama. :)

As a mom always believe the voice of truth, as a mom never give up on faith , as a mom believe in miracles , as mom get all your love and put it into your precious Emma, Any chance you have touch her to show her your presence she can feel your warmth.. Whisper in her ear you love her and you believe she can hear you....she hears your voice
